This Privacy Policy outlines the data handling and privacy protection practices of Kreda, a minimal AI-powered image-to-video generator designed for casual creation, daily recording, and social sharing. The App adheres to a privacy-first design concept throughout all functional services, and does not collect any user facial information while never sharing any user personal data with third-party AI service providers in any scenario.

1. No Account Registration & Basic Usage Privacy Rules

Kreda is a fully no-login, no-registration application. Users can access all core functions including image uploading, text description input, and one-click video generation without creating any user account, binding personal information, or submitting any identity data.

• No identity association mechanism is used in the App system.
• All user creation behaviors are anonymous.
• The App does not collect any user facial information in the background.
• The App will never share any user personal data with third-party AI service providers.

2. Processing & Storage Rules of User Uploaded Content

When users upload photos and input text descriptions to generate videos, all uploaded image files and input text content are only processed locally on the user’s personal device to complete AI video generation. The App does not transmit, cache, or store any user uploaded images and original text content on remote servers.

• All user uploaded content is stored only in the user’s local device storage space.
• The App does not collect any user facial information from uploaded images (even if the uploaded images contain facial elements).
• The App never shares any user uploaded content and related personal data with third-party AI service providers.

3. Processing & Storage Rules of User Generated Videos

All short videos generated by users are saved in the user’s local device storage, without any automatic upload or remote backup by the App. Users can independently view, save, edit, and permanently delete all generated video files according to their own needs.

• The App has no authority to access, modify, or retain these files.
• The App does not collect any user facial information contained in the generated videos.
• The App strictly does not share any generated video data and associated personal information with third-party AI service providers.

4. Scope of User Data We Do Not Collect

Kreda strictly implements a minimal data operation principle and refuses to collect any unnecessary user information.

• The App does not collect any user facial information, including facial feature data, facial recognition information, biometric facial data, and any other facial-related user information in any form.
• We will never share any user personal data, creative content data, and usage data with third-party AI service providers.
• The App does not collect user name, phone number, email address, location information, device identity information, or other personal private data, and does not track or record user operation tracks or usage habits.

5. Third-Party Service & Data Sharing Commitment

Kreda’s built-in AI video generation function is independently operated and maintained by our team. The App does not access or dock with any external third-party AI service platforms, and there is no data transmission interface for third-party AI services in the App system.

• The App does not collect any user facial information during service operation.
• The App absolutely does not share, transmit, sell, or authorize any third-party AI service providers to obtain user uploaded images, generated videos, text descriptions, or personal private data.

6. User Independent Control & Content Deletion Rights

All content generated and used by users on Kreda is controlled by the users themselves. Users can freely delete uploaded original images, input text records, and generated video files stored locally on the device at any time. The App will not retain any residual data of deleted content.

7. Content Copyright & Privacy Security Guarantee

All copyright and privacy rights of images uploaded and videos generated by users through Kreda belong exclusively to the users themselves. The App does not obtain any ownership, usage right, or distribution right of user creative content.

8. Policy Update & Notification Rules

We reserve the right to optimize and adjust this Privacy Policy according to product iteration and service upgrade needs. After updates, we will release the latest version through the official update channel of the App. The updated policy takes effect immediately after release.

In all updated versions, we will always adhere to the core privacy protection principles: no facial information collection and no sharing of personal data with third-party AI service providers.
