Kreda — Paid subscription membership terms

This Subscription Agreement is a binding service agreement between Kreda and all users who purchase the App’s member subscription services. This agreement defines subscription service rules, member rights and interests, payment rules, service restrictions, and related user specifications. By purchasing any subscription services, users confirm they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.

• The App does not collect any user facial information.
• The App will never share any user personal data with third-party AI service providers during all subscription service processes.

1. Subscription Service Overview

Kreda provides paid time-limited subscription membership services designed to offer users more cost-effective in-app resource acquisition channels for AI video creation. Different tiers of subscription packages correspond to different quotas of in-app gold coins.

• After payment is completed, the App will immediately issue the full quota of matching gold coins to the user’s local application account at one time.
• Gold coins obtained through subscription packages are more cost-effective per unit than ordinary in-app purchase channels.

2. Core Member Rights & Gold Coin Distribution Rules

The core right of subscription membership is the preferential acquisition of in-app gold coin resources. All subscription packages are based on a one-time gold coin issuance mechanism.

• No daily/weekly/monthly recurring issuance.
• Once payment is confirmed, the total gold coin quota stipulated in the package will be credited at one time, with no hidden deductions or delayed distribution.
• Gold coins are only applicable to in-app AI image-to-video creation scenarios, and cannot be cashed out, transferred, gifted, or used for off-app commercial behaviors.

3. Price Preference & Payment Specification

All subscription packages have clear preferential pricing logic. The specific pricing and corresponding gold coin quota are subject to the real-time display on the App’s subscription purchase page. All payments are completed through official compliant payment channels.

• The App will not charge hidden fees, service fees, or additional miscellaneous fees beyond the marked package price.
• Payment information and subscription behavior data are processed safely, and the App will not disclose user-related private data.

4. Subscription Validity & Resource Usage Rules

Subscription membership is valid within the limited time specified by the package. After the subscription expires, the member identity and preferential qualification expire, but the one-time issued gold coins will not be cleared.

• Remaining gold coins can continue to be used after expiration.
• No mandatory usage cycle or expiration limit for subscription-acquired gold coins.
• The App does not collect any user facial information in the subscription link and forbids any transmission and sharing of user personal data to third-party AI service providers.

5. Refund Rules

Due to the particularity of virtual digital resource services, all gold coins purchased and issued through subscription membership are non-refundable virtual goods. After payment is completed and gold coins are issued, the App will not accept refund applications.

• This includes but is not limited to unused gold coins, unexpired subscription period, or subjective dissatisfaction.
• Before purchasing, users should carefully confirm the package content, gold coin quota, and pricing rules.

6. Service Restrictions & User Compliance Obligations

Users must comply with all official rules and relevant usage specifications. It is strictly prohibited to use subscription benefits and creation functions for illegal, improper, infringing, vulgar, or other non-compliant behaviors. Reselling or illegally trading subscription qualifications or gold coin resources is also prohibited.

7. Agreement Update & Service Adjustment

Kreda reserves the right to adjust subscription package types, gold coin quotas, preferential rules, and this agreement according to product operation and iteration needs. Updated terms take effect immediately after release.
