Kreda — Terms & conditions for using the app

This User Agreement governs all access and usage of the Kreda application, including core creation functions, paid subscription services, and auxiliary functional services. By downloading, installing, browsing, and using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of this Agreement and agree to comply with all service rules.

• Kreda does not collect any user facial information.
• Kreda will never share any user personal data with third-party AI service providers.

1. Service Introduction

Kreda is a minimalist AI-powered image-to-video generation tool dedicated to providing a fast and convenient short video creation experience. Core functions include local image uploading, custom text description input, and one-click AI video generation.

• Designed for daily recording, interest creation, and social content sharing.
• No-login and no-registration design: users can use core creation features without creating an account or submitting identity information.
• Creation operations are completed on the user’s local device.

2. User Eligibility & Usage Rules

Users confirm that they have full civil capacity. If minors use the App, they should do so under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, who bear corresponding usage responsibilities.

• Users shall comply with relevant network usage norms and public order and good customs.
• Users are solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, and generated through the App, and all behaviors during App usage.
• The App only provides technical creation tools and does not intervene in user creation.

3. User Content Ownership & Management Rules

All original images uploaded by users, text content input, and video works generated are exclusively owned by the users. The App does not obtain ownership, usage, modification, or distribution rights of user content.

• User files and generated works are stored locally on the user’s device by default.
• Users may view, save, edit, and permanently delete local content at any time.
• The App will not actively call, cache, back up, or obtain user creative content in the background.

4. Prohibited User Behaviors

Users shall not use the App to create, upload, edit, or disseminate non-compliant content.

• Illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, false, or misleading content.
• Improper behaviors such as illegal profit-making, privacy infringement, or reputation damage.
• Cracking, modifying, or secondary developing the App; using plug-ins or tools to interfere with normal operation.

If a user violates these rules and causes legal liability or losses, the user bears all responsibilities independently.

5. Paid Service Rules

Kreda provides optional paid subscription membership services. Package benefits, pricing rules, and service periods are subject to the real-time display on the App’s official purchase page. After payment, gold coins are issued at one time according to package rules.

• Gold coins obtained through subscription have price advantages compared with scattered purchases.
• Virtual resources (e.g., gold coins) are non-cashable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

Intellectual property rights related to the App, interface design, functional framework, and core AI technology belong to the App operator. Users are granted a limited personal non-commercial right of use.

• Users shall not copy, disseminate, imitate, modify, or use intellectual property content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
• Infringement will be pursued according to law.

7. Service Maintenance & Update

Kreda reserves the right to perform regular or irregular maintenance and updates. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades, and the App will not bear losses caused by temporary unavailability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable norms.

8. User Privacy Protection

User privacy and data security are core principles. The App adopts local processing and local storage for user creative data and does not actively collect private information during use.

• Strict privacy protection mechanisms are applied across service links.
• The App maintains a zero-data-sharing rule for user privacy.

9. Agreement Revision & Validity

Kreda reserves the right to revise this Agreement. Updated versions will be released through official channels and take effect immediately. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
